perfect vacation location. You are only a 5 minute walk from delightful restaurants, quaint shops, farmer markets, craft fairs, and other points of interest on famous Del Mar Street. In fact, you are so close to everything, you don’t even need a car!
Start relaxing the moment you walk in the door. The newly tiled main floor includes a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a private balcony where you can relax every evening to watch the sunset over the ocean.
The remodeled modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the pots and pans you need to cook your favorite meal. A pub style dining set easily accommodates your family for meals and cards or board games.
Sliding doors from the kitchen lead to grassy backyard with room for kids to play. Parents will enjoy the outdoor patio to relax with a book or simply visit with friends. BBQ and patio furniture included.
This spacious tri-level beach home easily sleeps eight with room to spare. The top floor sleeping area has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite features a comfortable pillow-top king bed and a private balcony overlooking a backyard that is surrounded by mature trees. The front bedroom has a queen bed with an ocean view and the middle bedroom has two twin beds.
The bottom floor includes a large laundry room with washer/dryer and 1-car garage (plus parking in driveway.)
We have all the beach stuff you need: boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, rolling cooler, and sand toys. We even have two beach cruiser bikes for you to use.
Rates: $995/week - $1495/week
$185/night - $250/night
Three night minimum stay required.
